Domestic Shipping: We offer delivery across Qatar within 2-3 business days. Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.

International Shipping: We offer international shipping to all countries. Delivery times and shipping fees vary based on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Customs and Duties:  For international orders, please be aware that any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees required by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by the local customs authorities and are beyond our control. We recommend consulting your local customs office for details about potential fees before placing your order. 

Shipping Address: Please ensure that all shipping and delivery information, including the recipient’s name, address, and contact details, is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Return and Exchange Policy

Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.

Shipping and Handling: Customers are responsible for covering any shipping and handling fees related to modifications or exchanges, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item sent or damaged product).

Alteration Policy: Alteration is offered free for two rounds. However, a third round of alteration would be charged additional. Please note any major redesign or style changes are not offered.
